Broadway Cityview is recruiting for a hospitality focused Sous Chef to join our team! Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Sous Chef: Assists with food orders, production sheets, daily assignments and shift change walk-throughs of kitchen staff. Assists in creating, planning, costing and executing menus, theme buffets, specials and holiday menus. Ensures that each plate leaving the kitchen meets high presentation standards, is a quality product and is properly portioned. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: Two to three years experience in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining preferred. Culinary education and supervisory background desirable. Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance, nutrition and diet.
