LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our client, a professional services company located in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for administering employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Paycom and a strong understanding of benefits administration in a professional services environment. Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, enrollments, qualifying life events, and annual open enrollment. Maintain and update benefits data within Paycom, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations such as ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and HIPAA. Coordinate with benefits vendors, brokers, and payroll to resolve issues and ensure seamless benefits administration. Conduct benefits orientations and assist with onboarding and offboarding benefits processes. Support audits, reporting, and benefits-related reconciliations. Partner with HR and leadership to communicate benefits changes and enhancements effectively. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 35 years of experience in benefits administration. Strong hands-on experience with Paycom is required. Working knowledge of employee benefits, ACA reporting, COBRA, and ERISA compliance. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
