As a BetMGM Ambassador, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth and engaging guest experience for our BetMGM sports betting platform. In this role, you'll welcome and assist guests during the enrollment process, verify IDs, ensure account information is accurate, and authenticate accounts so guests can begin placing bets. You'll also provide friendly, knowledgeable support by troubleshooting account issues, guiding guests through the setup process, and working with customer support teams to resolve inquiries. Your professionalism and guest-focused approach will help ensure every guest enjoys a seamless start to their BetMGM experience. The starting rate is $18.00 hourly.
