Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services Conduct comprehensive mental health and IMCANS assessments Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions Implement ABA therapy principles and interventions Monitor medication compliance and effects Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services Facilitate psychiatric and psychological evaluations Case Management
Coordinate care across multiple service providers Attend and advocate during IEP and 504 plan meetings Navigate school, court, and community systems Facilitate referrals and resource linkages Monitor treatment plan progress and outcomes Ensure compliance with Rule 132 requirements Maintain detailed clinical documentation Program Support
Provide parent training and family support services Design and implement skill-building activities Participate in autism-specific training programs Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams Conduct community outreach and education Maintain service billing and documentation Participate in professional development activities Required Qualifications
Master's in Social Work or Counseling 1+ year autism spectrum experience ABA therapy knowledge Rule 132 understanding Microsoft Office proficiency Strong problem-solving abilities Essential Skills
