Commercial Sales Estimator - California

Role You Will Play: As a Construction Sales Estimator, you will analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals, collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to define project scope and requirements. You will prepare material quotes, maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software, and track your sales pipeline. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, update cost estimates as needed, participate in bid review meetings, and assist in proposal development. Achieving or exceeding quarterly sales targets is expected, along with supporting the broader sales team beyond your individual pipeline.
