Metal Finishing Technician (Full-Time)

Joining our team means being part of a respected brand in the off-road industry, where every day presents a new challenge and a chance to excel. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (includes an hour for lunch and two short breaks) What You'll Do: Prepare and finish metal parts using tools such as angle grinders and DA sanders. Ensure precise manipulation and smoothing of metal surfaces. Set up and operate grinding machines, select appropriate grinding wheels and set speeds. Inspect finished parts for quality and specifications. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment. Who We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with sanding or grinding, and proficiency in using power tools. Capability to lift up to 70 lbs safely. Forklift operation and measurement tool proficiency is advantageous.
