An Assembly Technician builds, assembles, and tests products or components (pumps, fluid ends, and flow line products) using hand/power tools, reading blueprints/schematics, following precise instructions, and performing quality checks to ensure functionality and standards are met, requiring strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills for a smooth production workflow.* High school diploma or GED required.* Familiarity with basic tools, mechanical aptitude, and ability to read diagrams.* Manual dexterity, good hand-eye coordination, physical stamina, ability to lift.* Attention to detail, teamwork, communication, ability to follow precise instructions* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Proficiency in English* Flexible and adaptable, as well as action oriented.* Exposure to certain contaminants, at times.* Exposure to loud noise levels, at times.* Duties performed in office, and production shop, with some outdoor exposure during the workday.* It can be fast paced.* Required personal protective equipment when in designated areas.* Dress in a fashion that enables employees to complete the daily tasks, while maintaining a professional and appropriate appearance.* Please note that this job description may not cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
