What You'll be Doing:
Manage a portfolio of existing clients and develop new relationships in the community.
Provide expert financial guidance, helping clients with deposit accounts, loans, and other banking products.
Identify opportunities to grow personal and business banking relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
Contribute to the success of the bank as an officer and employee-owner.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
