District Leader – Supercuts
Compensation:
$75,000 starting salary + Monthly Bonus Potential (based on P&L performance)
Average Scope:
8–10 salon locations
Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
District Leader
to oversee 8–10 Supercuts salons. The District Leader is responsible for driving business performance, developing salon leaders, ensuring consistent guest experiences, and managing overall operational excellence. This role requires a strong balance of people leadership, business acumen, and operational execution to deliver profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Salon Managers and their teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
Create a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across all salons.
Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team success.
Operational Excellence
Ensure all salons consistently meet Supercuts brand standards, guest service expectations, and operational procedures.
Conduct regular salon visits to review performance, compliance, staffing, and guest satisfaction.
Support implementation of company initiatives, new programs, and marketing campaigns.
Financial Management
Analyze and manage salon-level P&L statements to maximize sales growth, control costs, and drive profitability.
Develop action plans with Salon Managers to address gaps in performance and increase overall district results.
Monitor KPIs including revenue, labor, productivity, and guest retention.
Sales Growth & Guest Experience
Partner with Salon Managers to execute local marketing and community engagement strategies.
Ensure a consistent focus on guest satisfaction and retention.
Drive initiatives that increase average ticket, service frequency, and retail performance.
Qualifications
3+ years of multi-unit management experience (retail, salon, or service industry strongly preferred).
Proven track record of achieving P&L results and improving business performance.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel regularly across assigned salons.
Valid Cosmetology License
