We are seeking an experienced Epic Bridges Analyst to support integration and data conversion initiatives across multiple EMR systems.

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing messaging specifications, performing gap analysis, and troubleshooting technical issues related to healthcare system integrations.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with Epic Bridges and healthcare messaging standards.

Key Responsibilities

Convert customer requirements into messaging specifications for application integration.

Perform gap analysis on messaging formats and provide feedback in business terms.

Collaborate with project teams on initiatives involving message movement, translation, and integration development.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to message transformations and flows.

Assist in analyzing customer messaging specifications and provide recommendations for remediation.

Maintain documentation including schedules, requirements, and system scope.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices for integration.

Required Qualifications

Epic Bridges certification (mandatory).

Minimum 5 years of IT experience in technical analysis, design, and integration implementation.

At least 2 years of experience integrating messaging between healthcare systems (EMRs, applications, third-party systems).

Hands‑on experience with data conversions across multiple EMRs to Epic.

Proficiency in relational databases, Transact‑SQL, and SQL.

Strong knowledge of healthcare messaging formats and specifications.

Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio).

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with HL7 messaging standards and healthcare interoperability frameworks.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Certifications

Epic Bridges Certification (required).

Additional healthcare IT certifications (preferred).
