Starting Hourly Pay Rates: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - $23, ABA Therapist - $20
So, What’s This Job All About? We’re hiring experienced ABA Therapists / RBTs to join our Behavior Stabilization Program / Adults & Adolescent team — a highly specialized team that supports students with intensive behavioral needs.
This role is for professionals who are calm under pressure, confident in crisis, and ready to make a real impact — even on the toughest days.
What You’ll Be Doing
Implement intensive behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs
Provide 1:1 support for students with severe behavioral challenges
Use proactive and reactive strategies (including physical interventions when needed)
Assist students in developing communication, social, and coping skills
Work in stabilization rooms, home, or community settings depending on the need
Track data, complete documentation, and contribute to case discussions
Model behavior strategies and coach new staff when assigned
Provide personal care support (toileting, hygiene, feeding) when needed

You have 1–3+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges
You’ve worked in crisis-level ABA settings (e.g. self-injury, aggression, elopement)
You’re RBT-certified or willing to become certified (preferred but not required)
You’re calm, patient, and confident in using behavior plans and de‑escalation strategies
You’re collaborative, reliable, and ready to jump in with a team that has your back
You’re open to personal care duties when needed (feeding, hygiene, etc.)
You’re looking for meaningful, challenging work — not just a job
