Who We’re Looking For
Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn— no previous management experience required
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in fast‑paced environments
Problem‑solving mindset with entrepreneurial drive
Passion for nonprofit work, community engagement, and social impact
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
