Job Description Summary

Reporting to the Maintenance/Facilities Leader, the Reliability Leader will play a pivotal role in improving the reliability, performance, and efficiency of production equipment. This position focuses on reducing corrective maintenance, enhancing preventive maintenance processes, and optimizing spare parts inventory to minimize downtime. Leveraging Cognos dashboards and Maximo CMMS data, the Reliability Leader will drive measurable improvements in key business metrics, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). The role also focuses on tracking and improving metrics such as OEE, Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), ensuring sustainable and impactful results. Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an accurate spare parts inventory to minimize machine downtime. Reduce equipment maintenance expenses by implementing effective preventive maintenance strategies. Enhance failure code documentation to improve corrective maintenance tracking and root cause analysis. Conduct Pareto analysis on excessive corrective maintenance spending and develop actionable plans to address key issues. Establish methodologies to track MTBF and MTTR using Maximo CMMS data and Cognos dashboards. Use data‑driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions. Lead problem‑solving activities and root cause analysis using FLIGHT DECK tools. Drive corrective actions to closure and ensure sustainable improvements. Improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance tasks. Actively participate in Kaizen events and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation to drive continuous improvement. Ensure that manufacturing premises are fully operational, maintained, and clean. Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. Uses judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead large projects with high risks and resource requirements. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing & Facility Management) PLUS a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing & Facility Management. Desired Characteristics

Salary range: $101,000.00 – $135,000.00 USD annual. Position eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. Expected closure date: Nov 25, 2025.
