Understanding and delivering sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive sales. Supporting the store in executing company initiatives and participating in team training. Innovating ways to engage clients and expand the customer base. Representing the customer experience in-store, aligned with RL Brand expectations. Engaging in store client initiatives and community outreach. Championing RL core values and embracing new shopping technologies. Supporting a collaborative environment centered on the customer. Networking and sourcing new talent. Providing ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities. Supporting alternative purchasing methods such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home. Enhancing product discovery through digital tools like QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores. Maintaining high productivity standards and store standards at all times. Upholding all company policies and procedures. Providing feedback on category opportunities or needs to management. Qualifications:
Retail or industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred. Effective communication skills with customers and team members. Physical ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as needed. Proven success in building positive relationships and managing priorities. Additional details:
