Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Boca Raton, FL, with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. Primary responsibilities include assisting clients with mortgage loan applications, evaluating financial information, analyzing creditworthiness, and guiding clients through the lending process. Additional tasks may involve collaborating with underwriting teams, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on mortgage industry trends.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
Experience with Underwriting processes and evaluation of financial and credit documentation
Strong Customer Service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with lending regulations and mortgage compliance standards
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
MLO License required
