Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Agent
This position is in our Southfield, MI office and is onsite five days per week. This is a 100% commissioned, 1099 role with unlimited earning potential. A real estate license is required and can be completed in conjunction with training. As an independent contractor, this role is not eligible for company paid benefits. Follow the roadmap supplied by mentors and training. Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to active investor clients. Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals. Contract and advise clients on individualized real estate investment strategies. Prepare thoughtful analyses, include BOV and comparables. Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers. Prospect new client relationships and referral sources. Negotiate offers, listing agreements, purchase and sales agreements. Participate in training and ongoing skills-development workshops. Research ownership records, market data, and industry trends. Attend networking and industry events. Who We Are
