Job Summary In this role, you will provide excellent service to customers in a professional and friendly manner, develop expertise with Vision Bank products and services, accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, and fully comply with company and industry policies and regulations. How You’ll Spend Your Time

Perform efficient transactions, develop customer relationships, and identify opportunities to help customers meet their financial goals.

Prioritize customer demands and time‑sensitive requests while providing excellent customer service.

Collaborate with multiple lines of business to meet our customers’ needs.

Maintain in‑depth knowledge of all banking products, services, and company systems; adhere to bank policies, compliance, and regulations.

Continuously learn by encountering diverse financial situations and working with other teams throughout Vision Bank.

What Skills & Attributes Do You Need?

Technical Expertise:

Comfortable multitasking between applications and educating customers on banking technology; excellent computer skills and quick aptitude for new systems.

Communication:

Interact with customers and bank employees daily, showing empathy and managing emotions.

Detail‑Oriented:

Adhere to bank standards, recognize escalation needs, and ensure accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.

Education and Experience Requirements Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1–2 years of customer service and/or handling cash is preferred.
