We are looking for an energetic and customer‑focused professional to assist the Community Manager in all aspects of property management.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact in our Leasing Office, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and guests.
Assist in leasing apartments by conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding prospects through the application process.
Develop and implement marketing strategies in accordance with Section 42 Guidelines, the Fair Housing Act, and RichSmith Policies and Procedures.
Manage lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of resident interactions, leasing reports, and property activity to support management decisions.
Provide exceptional customer service, handling resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with the property management team to maintain high occupancy rates and a positive community atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
Preferably 1 year of leasing or customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service focus with the ability to build rapport with residents and prospects.
Proficiency in office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, and answering telephones.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills.
Physical Requirements
Must be in good physical condition with the ability to move around the property frequently.
Ability to walk the property, including multiple flights of stairs, for inspections and apartment showings.
Lift a minimum of 60 lbs. when necessary for office upkeep and supply management.
