Personal Banker
Utah First Credit Union is seeking a full‑time Personal Banker for our Sandy, UT branch. Provide exceptional service, cross‑sell products, and produce loans within branch hours Monday‑Friday 8:00‑7:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00‑3:00 PM. Drive customer satisfaction and growth.

A DAY IN THE PERSONAL BANKER
Open new accounts, take loan applications, and disburse loans for customers.
Cross‑sell credit union products and services that meet customer needs.
Meet and exceed individual and branch loan production goals every month.
Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, money orders, and cash advances.
Serve customers in person and over the phone, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and services.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years old or older
Customer service experience
Financial services experience
Experience in consumer lending
Experience handling cash
Attention to detail and accuracy
Respectful and tactful in interactions
Ability to work individually and in a team
Driven and ambitious
