What You Will Do
Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
Expand existing business by proactively building relationships with current customers to meet agreed‑upon production goals.
Accurately account for all currency transactions and timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
The Perfect Match
Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required)
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Sales or customer service experience
High school diploma or GED
Ability to build relationships with customers
Excellent follow‑up and multi‑tasking skills
Ambitious, motivated professional seeking advancement opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
