Apply for the
Maintenance Assistant
(Part‑time) role at
AdamsPlace . This position offers pay of $15 to $19 per hour, depending on experience. The role involves personal contact with residents and requires a high level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Heavy duty cleaning, light grounds care, and maintenance of institutional equipment.
Keep accurate records of work performed.
Coordinate work with other departments to avoid disrupting patient care or normal business functions.
Be on call for emergencies.
Perform or direct duties related to maintenance of grounds, parking lots, driveways, etc., including gardening, landscaping, cleaning‑up, snow removal (excluding tasks performed under service contract).
Experience & Qualifications
Maintenance experience preferred (not required).
H‑VAC experience preferred (not required).
High school graduate or graduate of a technical school.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals; knowledge of local codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.
