Position Summary
ABA Therapist – Part Time with possibility for Full Time at Golden Care Therapy (GCT) in the East Coast region.
Salary & Benefits Base pay: $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr. $500 sign‑on bonus.

Opportunities for growth: Lead RBT, Full Time RBT
Responsibilities
Provide in‑home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Use behavior‑analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, following patients’ treatment plans.
Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
Qualifications
Special education: 1 year (preferred)
Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (preferred)
Background in ABA therapy/RBTs beneficial.

We seek ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
