Design and develop mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks for CAD drawings and 3‑D modeling. Maintain and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Collaborate with plant teams and management to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Support equipment procurement, installation, and troubleshooting. Apply Lean principles to streamline operations and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements across all projects. Travel up to 25% of the time as required by the role. What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering or manufacturing. Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of mechanics, metal forming, and finishing processes. Proficiency in 3‑D modeling and CAD design (SolidWorks required). Experience with manufacturing equipment procurement and installation. Familiarity with Lean tools and applications. Soft Skills
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Requirements
Ability to distinguish colors for quality control (frequent). Occasional bending, stooping, and light lifting. Periods of sitting or standing as needed. Ready to Make an Impact?
