Job Location: Riverside, CA 92504
Salary Range: $68,000.00 - $200,000.00 Commission
Job Overview Retail Sales Associates interact with new and returning customers in person and via phone to create valuable relationships. With a variety of support and resources, you have every opportunity to create your own success!
Key Job Responsibilities
Learn and maintain product knowledge criteria set by the manufacturer
Proactively engage with customers who visit the dealership to understand needs and determine which vehicle best meets their needs.
Utilize variety of resources to make customer appointments
Demonstrate and test drive vehicles in a safe and informative manner
Communicate effectively via phone
Answering phones in a courteous and professional manner
Demonstrated ability to work professionally and effectively with others
Qualifications
Professional demeanor
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage time efficiently
Commitment to meet the company’s production and quality standards.
Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.
Prior sales experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing , stretching, kneeling and reaching on a regular basis
This position may require evening shifts, weekends and holidays as we are open 363 days per year.
