Dietary Supervisor

Sentara Obici Hospital Food Service is hiring a Full-time, Rotating Shift, Dietary Supervisor in Suffolk, VA. Full-time, Rotating Shifts with Excellent Benefits! Rotating Shift Hours are:

7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

12 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Responsibilities Responsible for patient meal service food on assigned units, e.g., menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery, check back on patient (+/-) every five rooms, special requests, needs, and preferences, and in between meal food delivery. Responsible for Patient Satisfaction on assigned units.

ServSafe Certification preferred. Certified Food Service Handler's Card (as required by local Health Department).

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Certification/Licensure

Food Handlers Card - as required by local Health Department (Required)

Experience

4 Years Food Service Experience (Required)

Previous Supervisory Experience (Preferred)

Dietary background (Preferred)

Nutrition Education (Preferred)
