Training Specialist

Overview The Training Specialist will perform a wide variety of duties associated with the training and education of all Citizens Alliance Bank personnel, which includes onboarding new employees and refresher training for existing employees to ensure they have the knowledge and proficiency to serve our customers. Under the direction of the Training Manager, the Training Specialist will assist with updating and revising existing policies, procedures, and resource guides to ensure the full use of the available technology and automation within our core system and ancillary platforms to improve the productivity and efficiency of operations personnel.

Responsibilities

Assist and support the Training Manager in the development and implementation of both an onboarding training and education curriculum for new employees.

Assist with refresher training for existing personnel to ensure their knowledge and proficiency as they prepare to serve customers.

Assist with the design and development of training reference materials and the scheduling and execution of the new and existing employee training curriculum.

Assist with the documentation and implementation of the core system workflow management system to streamline and standardize processes organization-wide.

Assist in the updating and redevelopment of critical operations and lending resource materials for employee reference and use.

Assist in the identification, design, and development of procedures and resources, reference guides, videos and webcast materials for training and reference purposes for operations personnel.

Excellent organization skills; prioritize and execute tasks in accordance with timelines.

Cultivate strong relationships with all personnel and vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality service.

Maintain complete confidentiality regarding sensitive customer and proprietary information.

Regular attendance and punctuality.

Travel for trade and industry schools and seminars as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable laws, including BSA/AML.

Perform other duties as assigned and requested.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.

Continuing education to maintain job knowledge.

Three to five years of customer service experience.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suites (preferred).
