Description
Maintains BIM/CAD standards for the organization. General support for BIM/CAD implementation to meet project and sustainment needs. Works directly with IT on computer‑related issues.
Requirements
3+ years’ production experience in design, drafting (architectural/engineering).
Revit model management administration and maintenance skills.
AutoCAD maintenance skills to increase efficiency.
1+ year experience in BIM/360/ACC.
Dynamo experience a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed and determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
Must possess and maintain an exceptional work ethic and uphold company values, demanding the highest standard of conduct from self and others.
Must be a self‑starter and pursue continued education in BIM/CAD.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Responsibilities
Support staff with positive attitude, passion, and patience.
Stay informed on best practices for Revit Architecture/Engineering and AutoCAD.
Stay informed on other BIM/CAD related software and how they integrate with Revit.
Responsible for BIM standards implementation, templates, support, and enforcement.
Work with programmers to automate routines in BIM/CAD for increased productivity and consistency.
Assist in creating upgrade and deployment strategies for the BIM/CAD implementation effort.
Support BIM/CAD needs at all offices.
Troubleshoot BIM/CAD problems.
Work with the IT Department to address Helpdesk tickets related to BIM/CAD.

Work Environment Must handle multitasking and work within reasonable time constraints to meet production schedules and budgets. Will work primarily in a normal office environment but may also work outside the office from time to time.
