$18 to $23 per hour , along with benefits such as health insurance, paid vacations, and a 401k plan with a 10% company match. Responsibilities include: Handling customer inquiries and scheduling service calls Coordinating parts and communication with technicians Providing excellent customer service in a small, collaborative office environment Qualifications: High school diploma Experience in customer service Data processing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Strong communication skills Preferred qualifications include experience booking and dispatching calls, typing sales agreements, and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
