Operations and Channel Analyst, Commercial Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations and Channel Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance our Commercial sub‑segment's goals, focusing on our small and mid‑size business portfolios across legal, tax, and risk.
About the Role
Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with supporting partners to compile comprehensive research, data, and trend analysis to inform strategic decision‑making.
Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects that drive business growth and competitive advantage.
Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Identify inefficiencies in current sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Collaborate with departments such as marketing, finance, and product development to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Track and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives to ensure they meet strategic goals and objectives.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate strategy, plans, and performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
Communicate insights and strategic plans to key stakeholders, including senior management and sales teams.
Identify potential risks to the sales strategy and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (2+ years) in execution of sales strategy, operations, or a similar role within a corporate environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Problem‑solving abilities and strategic mindset.
A growth mindset with demonstrated experience working in a flexible and agile environment.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage cross‑functional projects.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, CRM systems, and business intelligence platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
