Sales Representative
to join our team.
No prior insurance experience is required!
We are looking for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to build a long-term career. We will provide
paid training and mentorship
to help you obtain your Property & Casualty license, so you can become a licensed agent and start helping clients.
What You'll Do Launch Your Career:
Work toward obtaining your Property & Casualty license with our full support and paid training.
Client Engagement:
Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients identify their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions for their car, home, and other assets.
Sales & Service:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships by providing exceptional service, quoting rates, and helping clients build a solid plan for their future.
Networking:
Build professional relationships through proactive communication and community involvement.
What We're Looking For
Sales Drive:
A desire to succeed in a commission-based sales environment with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Communication Skills:
A great personality with a genuine interest in people. You must be comfortable with phone communication and eager to speak with new clients.
Education:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience is preferred.
