Credit and Collections Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily collections activity across key accounts

Research and resolve customer deductions and disputes

Reconcile accounts and use customer portals for issue resolution

Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams

Present account status updates to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

3+ years in commercial collections or accounts receivable

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field preferred
