Ensure our customers have a world-class service experience--greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, assist in maintaining the loaner vehicle inventory, and process service payments efficiently and accurately.
Service:
Ensure loaner and rental vehicles are checked out and returned according to company, third party, and manufacturer policies. Maintain proper documentation and monitor vehicle condition and availability.
Collaboration:
Establish and maintain good working relationships with all dealership departments to ensure a smooth customer experience from arrival to departure.
Technical Expertise:
Accurately receive and record cash, check, and credit card payments, issue refunds as directed, reconcile and deposit funds, and file all associated paperwork. Charge appropriately for any damage, tickets, or tolls associated with loaner vehicles, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
