WHO WE ARE The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a detail-oriented and sales-focused Front Desk Sales Associate. Your focus will be on driving day-to-day salon operations with accuracy and efficiency as well as growing revenue through lead conversion, membership conversion, package sales, and providing an excellent customer experience to every guest. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage bookings, appointment details, and guest communications
Convert incoming leads into new appointments
Convert lash extension customers into new members
Sell Buy 3, Get 1 Free ancillary service packages
Give every guest an enthusiastic welcome and provide them with extraordinary customer service
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
REQUIRED SKILLS
1+ years administrative, sales, and service experience in a salon business.
Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication
Strong partnership mindset with owners and stylist team
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
Ability to work 5 hour shifts Monday - Saturday
