Summary The Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement, RLT (Radioligand Therapy) is a remote/field-based role covering Los Angeles, Orange, Thousand Oaks, Santa Clarita, & Ridgecrest, CA. Candidates must reside within the territory or within 60 miles of its border.

The Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) is responsible for providing education on access and reimbursement topics to accounts within their assigned geographies, focusing on complex accounts such as integrated delivery networks and specialty practices. ADARs serve as the patient access and reimbursement lead in business-to-business conversations, managing the strategy and operations within their accounts.

Key responsibilities include engaging with large accounts to support patient access, addressing payer policy barriers, supporting local coverage decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves educating healthcare providers on acquisition pathways, billing, coding, and reimbursement processes, especially related to buy-and-bill and radioligand therapies.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in pharma/biotech with experience in patient services, market access, or sales, and the ability to travel at least 50%. Deep understanding of reimbursement pathways, payer policies, and specialty pharmacy practices is required.
