Selah Freedom Join Our Mission to End Sex Trafficking Selah Freedom is a Christ-centered, faith-based nonprofit dedicated to ending sex trafficking and bringing freedom to the exploited. Guided by Biblical principles, we believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. Position Summary As a Residential Advocate, you will provide direct support to survivors of sex trafficking in our safe housing program. This includes assisting with assessments, treatment planning, transportation, and connecting residents to community resources. You will be an essential part of creating a safe, healing, and Christ-centered environment where women can experience hope and transformation. Key Responsibilities
Facilitate assessments, treatment planning, and support services for residents, including legal, medical, housing, and mental health needs. Provide safe and reliable transportation for residents to appointments, work, classes, and community activities. Maintain accurate documentation in the client services database. Attend required meetings and trainings, including ongoing education in trauma, substance abuse, and sex trafficking. Support the residential program by fostering an environment that reflects the love and grace of Christ. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Criminology, or related behavioral science field required; experience will be considered in place of education. Experience in trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, or working with survivors of exploitation preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, overnights, and holidays. Physical & Work Requirements
