Description This position will support the Private Bankers and clients within the Private Banking group.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Reviewing, researching, responding, and following up to all loan inquiries, concerns, and maintenance while providing high quality client service and support.

Managing the credit card process from start to finish to include but not limited to; taking applications, adding/removing signers, online banking, and maintenance requests.

Payment research and corrections, billing issues, auto debit, submitting phone payments, payoff requests, statements, online banking, managing past due loans, and fee waivers.

Completing all requests in a timely manner, staying organized, being proactive, attention to detail, prioritization of duties, clear communication, team work, and meeting all client expectations.

Process all loan wire and transfer requests.

Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Minimum of one year of prior retail banking experience

General knowledge of bank services, products, and loans

Excellent client-service skills, including oral and written communication

Entrepreneurial, ownership-oriented mindset

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to derive innovative solutions

Ability to establish credibility quickly with customers; demonstrate confidence in dealing with peers

Strong work ethic and high integrity

Strong computer skills
