What You’ll Do Day-To-Day This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an OpEx Leader in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in theFuel Business Unit. Your work will include:
Facilitate / Coach: Operational Excellence (OpEx) Methods and tools, Scheduling best practices, Visual Management tools, Project Performance Matrix and Tools
Support Operating Unit (OU): Own and administer Master Planning System (MPS), ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives
Lead continuous improvement processes, methods and metrics (A3, 8D, FMEA, Process Mapping)
Interface with Global OpEx Network: Communicate OU initiatives to greater spectrum align with Master Plan actions
Deploys knowledge management principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer and organizational learning
This position requires up to 25% travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.
What You'll Bring
Completion of a Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree
At least 4 years of directly related experience
Knowledge of Engineering processes, methods, and tools
Pragmatic, "System Thinker" with the ability to simplify complex topics and connect within operational context
Knowledge of continuous improvement processes, methods, and metrics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and effect change through others
Knowledge of change management and ability to influence change

Total Rewards Package
Salary:
$75,000 - $97,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
