Job Duties
Check in stock order and special-order parts daily ensuring quantities and billing are accurate
Prepare and ship online parts to guests and vendors
Assist guests in identifying and locating the correct parts for their vehicles.
Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations regarding part selection, compatibility and installation procedures
Process returns, exchanges and warranty claims for defective incorrect parts
Handle cash credit card transactions and other forms of payment accurately
Collaborate with other parts department staff, sales associates and service staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Job Requirements
Possess a valid driver’s license
High school diploma required
Strong work ethic
Able to speak, read, and write the English language fluently
Able to work Saturdays (7am-2pm)
Preferred Experience & Skills
Previous experience in automotive parts
Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems
Proficient in dealership management software, CRM systems and other automotive software applications
Guest focused mindset with a commitment to delivery exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships
