The Consumer Engagement Team is a national marketing program aimed at: Generating trial of Monster Energy products by consumers Communicating brand-specific messaging to consumers Assisting with Lead Generation for Sales Division Developing and strengthening key account relationships Building Centers of Influence Network Supporting sales efforts through event sampling & merchandising (as needed) Essential Job Functions
Ambassadors will have responsibilities related to consumer engagement & merchandising, including: Consumer Engagement
Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling Approach consumers who “need” energy and generate trial Distribute POS to reinforce brand loyalty Care for program materials assets responsibly Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniform Ensure professionalism, communication, and proactive interactions with consumers Respond promptly to Team Lead and Regional Manager Manage inventory of regional storage units Assist in recruiting team members as needed Support event planning, logistics, and partnerships Merchandising
Merchandise MEC products in coolers and vaults Conduct store checks to ensure proper stocking Ensure POS displays are accurate and effective Transmit daily account data via app-based tools Position Requirements
Ability to stand long periods May require travel Lift up to 40 lbs Clean driving record Age 21 or older Flexible to work various shifts (including days, nights, weekends, holidays) Commute to storage warehouse in 48084 zip code Base Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Additional Details
