Building long‑term, trusting relationships with customers
Growing business (sell) and controlling expenses to make a profit
Inspecting customers’ homes to determine services needed
Preparing and presenting proposals to existing and new customers
Networking and cold calling to generate sales leads
Telephone prospecting and appointment setting
Accurate and timely completion of all sales‑related paperwork
Prior outside sales experience a plus
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
