Position Summary Southern Land Company, a national real estate development and construction firm, is seeking a full‑time Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team in Northglenn, CO.

Arden Karl’s Farm is offering an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing world‑class apartment leasing and customer service. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills with flawless attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to work independently.

Arden Karl’s Farm, located on E‑121st Ave, is a collection of multifamily residences at the Karl’s Farm Development featuring 385 townhomes – ranging from studios, one‑, two‑, and three‑bedroom apartment homes. Arden Karl’s Farm features best‑in‑class upscale amenities, including a resort‑style pool and spa, dog park, fitness center, yoga studio, outdoor dining room and gas grills, and bike storage.

Primary Responsibilities

Greet future residents, determine needs and preferences, and professionally present property and specific apartments while providing features and benefits.

Complete all reporting requirements to include marketing outreach, traffic reports, daily checklists, and maintain CRM and PMS.

Assist in resident retention program and resident appreciation days, participating in at least one event per month after hours.

Enter all information into CRM, including prospect phone calls, visits, applicants, residents, resident communication, demographics, wants and needs, apartments shown and all activity that applies to the community.

Process lease applications, collect proof of income, obtain management approval, and notify prospective residents of results within 24‑72 hours. Schedule pre‑signing of lease within 72 hours after approval notification, move‑in appointments, and freight elevator usage. Type miscellaneous resident communication as needed.

Assist with monthly advertising review updates and advertising binder maintenance.

Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other applicable laws.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Ability to keep sensitive information highly confidential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong, pleasant telephone and interpersonal skills, and ability to deal professionally with clients, vendors, and co‑workers on the phone and in person.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, and carry multiple projects through to completion.

Ability to work independently, prioritize work and seek clarification when necessary.

Ability to work under pressure with tight time constraints and handle frequent interruptions, unresolved situations, frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior sales, customer service, or leasing experience.

Fair Housing Training.

Preferred Qualifications

College degree preferred.

Experience with YARDI a plus.
