What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Support clients in implementing and optimizing their digital training strategy using the employer's platform.

Ensure contract renewals by coordinating resources and aligning solutions with clients’ business objectives.

Collaborate with the Account Management team to meet client KPIs and drive success.

Develop processes, reporting, and communication strategies to facilitate effective client engagement.

Identify customer use cases and document feedback to enhance service delivery.

What is Required (Qualifications)

1–1.5 years of experience in a Customer Success position, preferably in the SaaS industry.

Experience managing a large portfolio of SMB clients (100+ clients).

Proactive approach to client management with a results‑oriented mindset.

Strong communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly through data both in writing and orally.

Fluent in English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).
