Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Own the order process from start to finish—ensuring smooth delivery and happy customers

Be the go‑to liaison between our field reps and clients, keeping product availability crystal clear

Optimize freight costs by choosing the smartest shipping routes

Tackle customer concerns with speed and precision—turning issues into wins

Decode product requirements and deliver expert guidance to customers

Keep tabs on competitors and spot trends to sharpen our edge

Spark new sales by identifying potential accounts, building relationships, and crafting compelling quotes

Confirm orders and communicate delivery timelines with confidence

Dive into customer buying history to suggest new products and highlight features

Answer calls and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Excellent telephone etiquette and strong problem‑solving skills

Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and respond to customers quickly and efficiently

Solid mathematical computation skills

Team‑oriented mindset with a self‑motivated, goal‑driven attitude

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in an industrial sales or service environment

Familiarity with SX.e

Proven ability to assess competitor trends and contribute to strategic sales effort
