Bush Truck Leasing is seeking a motivated
Sales Operations Administrator (Level 1)
to join our Sales Team in Mason, OH. This entry-level position provides essential administrative and operational support, helping ensure our sales process runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll gain valuable experience across multiple departments while supporting a high-performing sales organization.
What You’ll Do As a Sales Operations Administrator, you will:
Support Sales Assistants and Department Managers in processing customer applications, contracts, and deliveries.
Learn the fundamentals of the sales and leasing processes.
Prepare and issue lease and purchase contracts using leasing software, DocuSign, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments to ensure accuracy and timely completion of all documentation.
Maintain organized records and data entry within the leasing system.
Coordinate daily with accounting, insurance, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations.
Track priorities, meet deadlines, and provide excellent customer support.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Skills:
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Technical:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with business or leasing software preferred.
Experience:
Customer service or administrative experience preferred; transportation, leasing, or rental industry experience a plus.
Work Environment:
This is an
on-site position
based in our Mason, OH office (not remote).
