Job Overview:
We are in search of an enthusiastic Inside Medicare Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients through phone calls, email communications, and online meetings to educate them about Medicare products and assist with their enrollment needs. You will play a crucial part in our sales team, providing compassionate guidance and support throughout the decision‑making process.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads to assess their Medicare insurance needs
Provide comprehensive information about Medicare Advantage plans, Supplement plans, and other related products
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process, ensuring compliance with regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and support
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness
Stay updated on the latest Medicare regulations, products, and industry trends

This is a 1099 independent position
Requirements:
Valid health insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
Previous experience in insurance sales, preferably in the Medicare sector
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in building rapport and establishing trust with clients
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions
Goal‑oriented with a proven track record in sales
Comfortable using technology and CRM tools to manage client relationships
