Youth Housing Support Specialist (Cheshire)

A recruitment agency is currently seeking a Housing Support Worker for a well-respected client in Chester, New York. The successful candidate will support young people both in accommodation and in the community, manage a caseload, and conduct key working sessions. The role requires experience in assisting youth with independent living skills and complex needs.
