This position is based in one of our office locations in Huntersville, NC - Denver, CO - Rosemont, IL or Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Functions

Schedules patients with our facility partners

Monitors and retrieves missing bills, records, liens from our facility partners

Delegates and handles correspondence for internal and external parties

Communicates daily with our medical facilities to verify that exams were completed and update information in our system

Notifies referring parties via email and phone call of any pertinent information regarding the scheduling of their client/patient

Communicates daily with our medical facilities to receive examination results

Updates contacts, addresses, modalities, special instructions, and other related information in our system

Supports the Account Managers and Provider Development Executives

Maintains confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

High School or GED required; college degree preferred

Experience working with medical providers and attorneys and knowledge of medical terminology

Experience using Salesforce or CRM software

Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present to and influence key stakeholders

Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Ability to multitask and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner

Ability to perform in a heavy inbound/outbound call environment with strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of work quality

Self-managed day-to-day

Proficient in MS Office

Must be able to work in-office at one of our office locations in Huntersville, NC - Denver, CO - Rosemont, IL or Las Vegas, NV
