Responsibilities Manage printing and shipping tasks for appeal submissions Scan appeal documents into the internal system Update client and internal systems with shipment details Ensure timely delivery of packages Support department functions such as case entry, Peer to Peer, and appeals support Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Skills: Detail-oriented Independent worker and team player Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Maintain confidentiality of all client and sensitive information Strict adherence to HIPAA/HITECH regulations Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Accurate keyboard skills Ability to lift objects up to 15 lbs Physical Demands: Work involves operating office equipment, prolonged computer use, and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
