About This Job
Manages and effectively execute on existing underwriting pipeline of Commercial Lending and other structured transactions, including the analyses and due diligence process on the financial condition and credit worthiness of potential clients in the underwriting pipeline.
Performs complex financial or collateral analyses including modeling or projections analyses.
Supports underwriting positions with conviction by presenting logical detailed analysis and metrics to support positions.
Manages the submissions for credit approval and works with underwriters and credit administrators on any additional analysis or conditional requirements being included in the proposed credit.
Assists in complex deal negotiations throughout the documentation and funding stages of approved transactions; assists with the preparation of reports, information requests, credit inquiries, Pre-Investment Committee submissions, term sheets, Credit Memorandum, and other special requests.
