Actively seeking new 21+ Pandas for our Brand Ambassador position!

The pay for this role is $25/hour in-store and $14.49/hour during travel to/from the location. The schedule varies weekly and often includes weekends. Open availability is required.
This is a contract position.
What Does This Position Entail? This position involves hosting vendor events at various establishments to promote Phat Panda products. Responsibilities include:
Pre-Arrival
Dress professionally in clean, Phat Panda branded attire (Grow Op/Phat ’n Sticky).
Arrive ready to work with a positive, welcoming attitude.
Prepare a complete Vendor Kit the night before (table and kit provided).
Review the "Vendor Day Checklist" to ensure preparedness.
Arrive 15-30 minutes early to set up before the scheduled start.
Upon Arrival
Ask staff about parking to avoid taking customer spaces.
Greet staff and ask for the MIC (manager in charge).
Sign in with the store if required.
Find the best setup location, ensuring electrical access if needed.
Transport vendor kit, table, food, etc., and set up.
Get a list of specials and prices from the MIC.
Vendor Event
Engage with every customer, informing them of specials and discounts.
Invite customers to view products, try non-infused candy, or take stickers.
Provide information, answer questions, and make customers feel valued.
Stay positive, smile, and engage with budtenders during lulls.
Build relationships with staff when customers are not present.
Remain until the end of the scheduled event unless instructed otherwise.
Wrapping Up
Continue engaging with customers until they leave.
Check with staff and MIC before breaking down to ensure all obligations are met.
Thank staff for their cooperation.
Pack up and organize materials for the next event.
